International students at San Francisco State University are allowed to take up internship only after taking courses in two regular semesters.Fall and Spring are regular semesters.Summer and Winter are not counted as regular semesters.
So for example an international is student starting his course work in Fall 2009 he can take up internship only from Summer 2010 onwards.
Electrical engineering students can not take up internship. Its a department rule.

MBA students can take up internship provided they are left with any credit units after taking the internship.
